If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your shears within 14 days from the day they are received, you can return them for a free 1 time exchange or a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and a $40 reconditioning fee.

Next Level Shears come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects as long as your shears are maintained by our sharpening service.

This service includes complimentary sharpening, allowing the swivel part to be professionally swapped at the same time. You’ll receive both parts back with your shear, so if you ever want to switch again, simply send both parts with your sharpening and we’ll swap them free of charge.
